Can My Maltese Have Ringworm

Fast New Year's Addendum

hardly provides one, since the new year is already a month old and we have in between all well feasted.
Today we show you our traditional New Year food. Szeged goulash
No idea why it happens to be this food. There is no special reason, and no custom, not even an appropriate award to do so (such as lentil soup on New Year's Eve, which promises so much money in the new year). Since ancient times, the Hungarian court is inclusive Bohemian dumplings on 1 January on the table and everything on it is looking forward to.

pleasing recipe? Here we go:

ingredients for the stew (loose enough for 2 people) :
500 g of lean meat in bite-sized Dice
500 g fresh cabbage
1 onion
1 clove garlic
pepper, salt, sweet paprika
ketchup, paprika Mark
1 bay leaf
sour cream (1-3 tablespoons)

Preparation:
* onion and garlic in a neutral oil or Margarine glassy sweat
* meat, season with salt and pepper, and sear all around
* Add sauerkraut mix well and season with salt
*, bay leaf, paprika Mark (about 10 cm from the tube press), ketchup and paprika peppers, let simmer again followed
* Stir well over low heat 1 hour, thereby Stir every herb
* Remove from heat and add sour cream

Oops!
The Szeged goulash tastes really only when it is pulled through well. So the best cook on the day before consumption.

Bohemian dumplings
You need flour, water, some baking powder, 1 egg and a little salt, from all the ingredients produces a dough that is very soft, but no longer sticky and form a loaf of a bread similar. This is cut on one side in the middle quite a bit over the entire length. In salt water for 15 minutes from both sides cook. Served, the dumplings, sliced cut.

Bon appetit!
